HITTING THE BARRE FOR A UNIQUE FITNESS WORKOUT!
If you love trying different ways of exercising, you’ll love Barre fitness. An intense and fun workout, you hold the barre as a prop to balance, whilst carrying out a range of exercises and postures, usually inspired by ballet, yoga and pilates. The exercises focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.
