"We were delighted to return to Galvin Green Man, this time to try out the Festive Bib Gourmand menu. I started with the Loch Duart salmon which was light and refreshing while Mrs Exquisite enjoyed the duck that melted in the mouth.
For main course I opted for the roast breast of pheasant which blew my expectations: succulent, juicy and one of the favourite dishes I’ve tried. Mrs Exquisite’s Muscat pumpkin and goat’s cheese oozed that perfectly strong flavour. To finish off the meal, I chose the creamy vanilla crème brulee whilst Mrs Exquisite devoured the Christmas pudding which conjured up childhood memories; it was sensational.
Once again, we were extremely impressed by the food at Galvin Green Man and would thoroughly recommend. At only £27.50 for the three-course dinner, the meal was incredible value for money!"
