The restaurant that intertwines East and West
Celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa is expanding his signature cultural offering beyond restaurants and into the booming world of hotels with Nobu Hotel Shoreditch.
Located in the trendy hotspot of London, Nobu Hotel Shoreditch based on Willow Street, Hackney will boast more than 150 luxurious bedrooms and seat 240 diners in its onsite Japanese restaurant
With private event spaces accommodating up to 200 people, the adaptable venue will be great for private occasions, corporate outings and private dining. In addition to the wide election of dishes available at Nobu’s signature restaurant in Old Park Lane and Berkeley Street including black cod with miso and yellowtail sashimi with jalapeño, the menu will also feature Nobu Shoreditch exclusives such as Hokaido scallops with foie gras, sautéed Japanese mushrooms, aji matsuhisa and aged balsamic and sea bass with yuzu kosho, tomato and cucumber salsa, honey truffle and black truffle shavings.
The hotel will also house relaxation space for visitors to switch off, including a 24-hour gym, spa and two steam rooms.
The hotel is set to open its doors at the beginning of July, although you’ll have to book far in advance – Nobu Hotel Shoreditch is already booked up in the short term.
