Alleyn Court School, established in 1904, is a co-educational preparatory school for children aged 2 to 11, situated across two sites in the greater Southend area.
The main site is a spacious and well-equipped secure 10-acre campus with a wide range of excellent facilities, including a new sports pavilion. Alleyn Court is surrounded by beautiful countryside with plenty of green space; of particular note is the centrally located natural pond creating a charming small-scale nature reserve used for regular outdoor learning.
The school is non-selective, offering an all-round education yet, due to the the positive attitude to learning, pupils boast excellent results with a large percentage going on to local grammar schools or securing scholarships at independent senior schools in the wider Essex area.
