There is no better opportunity to re-energise and connect with other yoga-enthusiasts than this weekend. And with the weather on your side, take in the sunshine whilst delving into your downward dog.
Two local wellbeing cetnres, Mayura Yoga and The Yoga Factory, will be collaborating to create this wellbeing extravaganza. Expect gong baths, music, therapies, stalls and much more. Not to mention, it's all in aid of a great cause - raising awareness for Haven Hospice.
Paula from Mayura Yoga Studio said: “The idea was to unite together and offer a wonderful day of Yoga for everybody in our local community to enjoy while raising awareness of Havens Hospices charity and the valuable work it does in our town.”
Josh at The Yoga Factory also stated: “We are really excited to bring Yoga in this way to Southend where we can have a joint celebration of so much joy and happiness and bring Yoga to the local community and spread this vibration throughout the local towns.”
Promising to offer something for everyone, guests can indulge in a range of events including workshops, activities and more, sponsored by Sun Salutations.
The list of activities will include:
- Different yoga styles for the whole family
