The Restaurant Show hits London this week

The Restaurant Show (which is a trade only show) is currently exhibiting at Kensington Olympia. For two days (2nd-4th of October), thousands of people will gather to discover some of the biggest names in the industry. On Tuesday the 3rd October, guests will be able to witness the winner of The National Chef of the Year and The Young National Chef of the year titles.

With over 450 exciting exhibitors there is a diverse range of food and drink stands as well as catering equipment and new technology.

The Restaurant Show is also accompanied by The Bar & Pub Show, Conscious Hospitality Show and Catering Equipment Expo, all featuring some of the UK’s leading chefs, Tom Kerridge and Daniel Galmiche to mention a few and brands such as OpenTable.

Clare Smyth, who has recently been crowned the first female British chef to hold three Michelin stars will be speaking and attendees can hear about her success and if you’re working in the hospitality industry how it is important to take time away to keep ideas fresh and exciting.

For those who work in hospitality it is a great chance to see what is up and coming, learn about the new trends for 2018 and celebrate and look back on the successes of 2017.
