The Palace Theatre Summer Youth Project has been running for eleven years and this year, young performers will be taking part in the deviously delicious sci-fi smash musical, Little Shop of Horrors! A charmingly tongue in cheek comedy about a hapless florist shop worker who raises a plant that feeds on human blood. With an electrifying 1960s pop/rock score, Little Shop of Horrors has become one of the most popular shows in the world. The Summer Youth Project is open to anyone aged 9 to 19 and is a great opportunity to work with a professional creative team. The two week project culminates in six performances at the Palace Theatre. Opportunities are also available to work with the Technical Team on the production. Participants get to learn about the theatre, make new friends, have fun and perform a stunning production in a professional theatre environment.
